AA. Also playing time trials, later slot. Good fun and like the technical side of it. Have an OWS slot for Saturday, so need to locate wetsuit, hat goggles etc etc. Test getting into wetsuit. If its a real no go zipping up by myself, I think I can talk them into letting me swim in trisuit as I've been going there years... Lake is currently 18 odd degrees which sounds warm enough. Right. Off to see if a day on charge has made my car work again... |

Yoga and 16km walk - not troubling the bike volume meisters today Fancy cake and chocolate cherry scone obtained. No swimming but did think about shoving some annoying non distancing people into the river earlier. |

Shame about the team Gobi, I hope found another race to test yourself Angus thanks, I'll just wait until the restrictions lift I haven't done anything in OW yet so it would be silly to risk it. Just completed 4 sets of 10 x 30/15s it was a toughie strangely not feeling totally as wrecked now. |
