Very Nice TRO , 90 mins largely staying on the flats for me. Watched some Strade Bianchi

GERP - done all 24 Eon Bonds, we have not done the "other" two. We are now on Stargate SG1 - from season 1!!

WTRL TT at 1800 this evening is on the Harrogate 2019 course

Meaty bank holiday bins run this morning.

I missed by normal 20 mile ride last night because of crappy work, I might be able to do it on Saturday.

Yes you can run in Zwift. Treadmill and accelerometer (like a Stryd attached to your trainer). They do group runs, training sessions/plans, races etc like cycling but on a smaller scale.

I tried it and it's nothing like as engaging tbh and I gave it up fairly quickly. Mate of mine does 90% of his running on Zwift and loves it.

Centurion One community challenge thing run number 4 in the bag, and contactless rugby training with the Vets due tonight.

May's wanger should be significantly more pleasing than April's, at least.

4 miles in the midday sun was lovely today, no effort and I can live with that !!
