Blimey Gobi, nearly 4 hours a day :-O

I've run 4 miles. I'm riding tonight. Bank holiday week so no bins until tomorrow.

I swallowed a fly and had a huge coughing fit in the middle of a busy park. Meant everyone kept their distance though.

I tootled a wee circuit in Richmond, VA (significantly flatter than its N Yorks namesake!). Nice easy start to the day. More later, for sure. :)

MA - 13 glorious moles cycled outside, and i expect the pollen to bite me in the, erm, neck later *cough*

this is looking like my highest bike mileage month for years :-)
