Keeps it simple Linds...
I am starting to look at next month, challenging myself is working but I really am heading into unchartered territory now and keeping the goals realistic is a big thing for me.

MA. Avoided bicycle for a whole day, preferring a change of scenery walk.
Z2 (and actually mostly stuck to it....) Zwift this morning to tick off the Tour For All whatsit.
Racing this evening.
Target is more w/kg. Doing ok on W... KG, not so well.
Next goal - having swapped running for biking, become a TRIathlete again!
