Evening all
So I came up 2 hours 1 min and 42 seconds short of 4 hours a day !
Run 15:03:15 103 Bike 100:56:47 1,492.4 Vanity etc 5:58:18
Total 121:58:20
Rest days 0
What scares me most is that I had no trouble doing this, my fitness is excellent, not a niggle in sight. I don't feel overly tired or anything. There are days when I didn't do very much. In June I need to get the running back on track

small weiner : 281 miles biked, my highest total since april 2017 loads of weights sessions too.
aiming for more for June, and will get to the lake if I manage to book an elusive slot

Extras: 1 x world championship deferral by 1 year. 1 x new wetsuit.
Frankly it's been fun, great to get back in the drink again, enjoying pushing the top end in the Gobi sessions and some races and this will continue.
