Another easy day 53 comfy cafe miles and 4 miles run off.

Been a good May and enjoying some easy time before we go again in June.

Afternoon winners and spinners.

I am approximately 107% done.
10.3k runned, 18k biked to the lake (on the oma fiets, as well, for logistic reasons), 1k swummed, and another 18k biked back again.

I'll be in the hammock in the shade, if anyone needs me, trying to work up the energy to get into the hottub later.

AA. 51 bike moles done. Sacking off wednesdays ride and saturdays run means I've ended up on 281 bike miles and 94 run ones. Would have been nice round numbers otherwise.

And I realised I can actually make the lake on tuesday morning and they had 2 slots left so I'm booked in. Whoop O/
