Chocolate after dinner is my downfall. Willpower is just gone by that stage of the day and I'm tired. I'm doing a reasonable amount of exercise for me.

MA - also bins day here and the lawns bloke has just been. Interesting re. weight. I am about 67 - 67.5kg and take action if I creep North of this. I'm stocky for a fell runner, but if I lose much more start to look a bit gaunt. I'm broad across the chest, more of a swimmer than a runner really. |

I was 60kgs at 18 but 70kgs@21 due to putting weight on when my health improved and to play football.
