I too am late to noticing the new header. Excellent.

It's amazing to me now how very skinny I once was. 'Once' as in, thirty years ago. Still waiting to lose the baby weight I put on then.

Just popped out for a quick 3 miles. Of course while I was out I got an email from my boss asking me something.
