I suspect today will the last day at work work, and I can look forward to "working from home" (although I will be back in for a couple of days next week). Maybe I could shift some timber by digging the vegetable patch?

I haven't checked mine but judging by a running jacket it has increased.

Very similar to you both I think I can take some positives from my weight stabilizing at 88Kg. I am really enjoying Zwift - I didn't get it when I tried it, pootling round a CGI London had little appeal but then with the tour of Watopia and understanding the rewards and racing I feel energized. Never ridden so much since Ironman training when I also 'raced' (rode at the back and got dropped) at Portsmouth. Feeling motivate to ride the Haute series and then there's stuff all month. I lost my week in Spain cycling so this will have to do.

No matter what I do I seem to be resolutely aproximately 70Kg. It's been that way for ages now, I think.
I guess I'm lucky that with my desk at home being located on the top floor and the kitchen with all its distracting snack potential on the ground (and with a Sam sat at the dining table often on work phone calls making me reluctant to disturb him to get to it) so I think my general snacking has gone down for not being in the office - our team operate a 'fruit club' with one person each week being on duty to ensure a supply of fresh fruit, which lives on top of a cupboard near my desk and is often supplemented with biscuits and sweets by anyone who has been anywhere lately. And with no juice bar or fancy noodle places nearby to buy lunch every day I'm eating less then, too.
But my daily commute has gone from a 2k walk each way to just 2 short flights of stairs, and my training plan was left stuck to the coat cupboard door in my apartment in Brussels.

My VLMLMFloraVLM training runs were up the 18 mile point and I was sat safely atop the no booze wagon at the beginning of March. My weight was the lowest for 5 years.
Then the wheels fell off, I fell off the wagon and my mojo bolted. The weight has crept back up, BUT, I've had a word with myself and 1st April seems a good day to start all over again?
(Whisper it quietly, but I even looked at the dust covered road bike and the turbo in the shed at the weekend)

I'm not considering buying another road bike to have permanently set up on the turbo on my craftoriffice, honest.

I'm 'starting again' next Monday.
Today's weigh in and Gobi's post yesterday were a good rocket up the derriere, but steaming in immediately tends not to work for me; need to chase a few things round a spreadsheet, plot and plan and set rules in place first.
There's no immediate rush, but a grim determination that the oil tanker needs to be turned round to head in the other direction....

"the oil tanker needs to be turned round to head in the other direction...." is a pretty good description of me when I reach the end of the swimming pool.

I have to confess to being a bit disappointed. Booze is down, late-night snacking is consequently down. Low impact phys (walking) is up and yet there is no discernible impact on the scales. I lost a couple of kilos at Christmas time, plateaued, then lost a couple of kilos skiing but nothing since.
Realistically I need to do a lot more exercise (and really really need to pay attention to portion sizes and the in-betweeny stuff).
