I ride to work quite often: I have a full set of clothes in a locker here. Take a little panning.
Pant roulette has it's own song & dance routine.

I always cycle in, but the rucksack doesn't bother me then.

I have also run on occasion. Find my Omm rucksack works well for a few things. Be careful of phone/key interface.

I drive in, then sit on a wattbike before going to the office.
That’s bad but it works for me.

I often run commute by running home one day and back in the next morning. I take in clothes for the second day on the first day, so don’t need to carry much bar keys and phone. Couldn’t do without it in heavy training periods.
