Morning. More running here. Still got to get the right hip and achilles 100% but otherwise feel really good! I think I could run a good track race at this point (not that I'd want to) which is a great place to be at this point in the winter.

Anyone here run to work? Considering it for my general morning runs as it will save me loads quite a bit of time. We have shower and locker facilities here. Experiences?

I've done it a few times. The showering part is fine, but I find running with my kit in a rucksack annoying.

TBH I'm not a big fan of commuting which is why I've never done it to work before. I have run from work before, but that was awhile back and yes bag with work clothes was annoying.

I'd want to leave anything work related at work so clothes for example. Might still need a bag with a few small things in them but hoping almost empty would make it feel ok?

I suppose it might with some adjustment. Whatever I do with mine there's still some side to side movement.
