For me it is desire. I have no desire to be a run or bike commuter:-)
Often keep clothes in the office as I drive in and then train
Just taught my girlfriends 4 year old to ride a non stabilizer bike while she ran parkrun.
Winning !

Ay ay, foo’s yer doos?
Bloody rain. Just won’t stop. And worse to come apparently. Still, a good excuse to tidy the garage so MrsC’s roller-skate can be mollycoddled for the winter. It’ll be a nice surprise for her when she gets back.
Used to go to the NEC bike show a lot, even flew in from Belfast a couple of times. But it’s beyond the fringe these days.

I may be dying. Got to Berlin for Sam's birthday surprise trip and immediately succumbed to woman flu.
No new country badge for me
It was nice knowing you all.

Don't mention water. I've been fatally soaked twice today.

Rumours of my death were mildly exaggerated. I am in fact only mostly dead, which as miracle max would tell you, is still partly alive.
I cajoled my only mostly dead self around a bit of Berlin zoo to get a Germany badge, and am now possibly slightly more alive than before. I've certainly loosened up some of gak that was clogging my ears and nose.
Time for a lemon ginger and honey concoction on the balcony then a really hot shower.

Loose gak sounds good...
and moving swiftly along, Morning Athletes. Il pleut des cordes.
