Replacing wood fence posts with concrete ones, as the wood ones keep breaking in storms. Job done, hard graft though. Squeezed an easy run and Zwatt in. Today has booted off with a swim squad session where I hid and sat on feet but got through it 2.5k. Dreadmill jog lunchtime, 2 hours Zwatt tonight.
