Number chasing can have serious health consequences Gobi. Have you seen your GP? ;-)

Swim - 6.5km - frustratingly low due to stupid, stupid broken eye

Bike - 48km - due to extreme CBA

Run - 153km - my highest running month since 2007!
Total hours: 24:53

DVD extras-
Very hilly marathons completed: 1
2020 early season sprint tris entered: 2

Iron distance training kicks off middle of the month so should see some significant improvement in the bike / swim stats.

Eye definitely improving slowly but surely thanks LD, I have the optician's OK to be back in the pool but I am still in glasses rather than contact lenses - which I hate :-(

Swim 11hrs/19.5mls/15%
Bike 39hrs/739mls/53%
Run 13hrs/76mls/18%
XT 11hrs/14%

Total 74 hours. Started training on 7 Oct, so pretty tidy and feel back into it now. Mostly Z1/2, a lot of strength and easing the run back up (all easy) after an injury ravaged season just gone. Solid start laying the groundwork, a part of the training year I have skimped on in the last 2 years due to racing deep into November.

Strength includes sauna sessions 2x weekly (straight off treadmill run) as part of heat acclimitisation.

I've carefully scrutinised all the month-end numbers and I *definitely* played the most tennis.

I did the most climbing :)
I think PoD did the most agonising. Which is new.
