Stuff is only just being released, flights not available yet but most condos released October 2020 over the last week.
Wanted to be near enough to walk into town but far enough away to be able to ‘get away from it’. 10 days to acclimatise and recce the course, 5 days post race to chill before heading back.
Happy days 😀

Exciting stuff TRO 
today is my only 'race' of the year - the Halloween Nite Run 5k, where I will be dressing up in the style of the Mexican Day of the Dead. there will be run/walk shuffling, and lots of hope that it doesn't bugger my foot up too much

I ran and my cold doesn't appear to have killed me.
I end October with these stats:
Running: 91 miles - best month for fourteen months
Cycling: 53 miles, just toing and froing stuff, nothing 'proper'.
Swimming: a tremendous... 0.3 mile.
I have to focus on running now as I'm still behind on my 700 target for this year. The thought of getting back in the Leisure Centre pool is putting me right off but I only have 0.8 mile left to hit that target for the year, so I shall have to force myself soon.
My fitness instructor's baby's birth has meant no DVD extras this month
