Brilliant.
The GP told me recently that regular exercise was good for menopause symptoms. I just looked at my sweaty lycra and she said 'ah'.

I always like how many days a week - more than 5 How many hours - as you say
I remember trying to explain to someone that I did 2 - 4 sessions every week day but only 1 session on a Saturday and only 2 on a Sunday, they were just longer :¬)

It's not a zero sum game, no matter what wallcharts and the Daily Mail tell you.
People can argue if I do too much/too little exercise, eat too much/too little meat and whathaveyou. The only thing they agree on is I'm too short.
