So it is Thursday, but I will again not be hitting fluffy yellow bastards. Instead, if the plan holds, I’ll slope off work early and catch the end of the Essex/Kent game. Probably going to be a draw but there’s a chance we might be able to force a win. There’s also the possibility that we declare an hour before lunch, Kent collapse and it will all be over while I’m still in the office...

Thanks for the advice folks. I have done some OWS although it’s a bit like an iceberg drifting through the water rather than a lean, mean triathlon machine. It’s just all been in lakes rather than a big river.
My goals are not to drown, to finish and to try not to be last!
LD - which Autumn tris are you looking at? I did the starter tri at Hever last year- bravely stepping up to the sprint this September
