Afternoon. 12.7 miles run which took me to 1500 miles for the calendar year today.

Good job it didn't end at just before 10 when I tripped over (but didn't hit the deck) a fallen works barrier!

I didn't rugby last night in the end, Sam brought the dogs to start acclimatising the to the Brussels apartment. It was a lovely evening.

Today I think I've walked about 40 miles around Köln Christmas markets, and will surely do the same tomorrow
