I stepped on the scales this morning.

The horror...

I've enjoyed the unfettered gluttony, but can feel this phase of the year starting to run its course. Certain urges are coming back :-) , but I'm going to stick to the original planned restart date of 17 Dec.

Restarting is going to sting....we'll boot off next weekend with a 5k run test and the dreaded bike FTP test.

MA more gym and physio here. I now have a rehab program to do in the pool :-o :-) as well as all the other stuff

TRO - I did a weigh in and was scared, one more before Christmas and then the real work starts in January

5km test is tomorrow !!

FTP I have raced recently enough to know where I am so will test in January
