I had intended to get out for a short couple of miles today partly to mitigate the 4 miles or so that will drop off at midnight for my long term investors. However it is hammering down with rain/sleet here at the moment and even the dog is crossing all her paws rather than go out into the garden. But if it brightens up then I'll see what I can do - day traders though, don't rely on me today!

I hope all my investors got at least 4 miles. The wet sleeve of my rain jacket paused my Apple Watch at 3.55M. strava import/export/upload then rounded that down to 3.4. I ran at least 5 miles so added an extra mile manually but not sure if it’s come through for you.

155 miles in one go being no more than 3 miles from your house takes a lot of mental strength. Not sure I could do that (ignoring the actual 155 miles that I know I couldn't do). I get bored if I run the same route two days in a row.

Yup, another vote for Wallman here. Very impressive indeed.
Just out to get drizzled on, after achieving more this morning than I managed in the whole of yesterday (best I can say for that is I spent most of yesterday worrying about two tricky emails, which then took me 5 minutes to complete and send today)
