They let him have it, once the rest saw that Renshaw and Cav were in the perfect position. No-one challenged - he's just too good. It looked for a while as if Garmin were going to work themselves in to a challenge, but as soon as Hincapie turned on the power it looked inevitable.
How often does one rider win that many stages in a single tour (6)?
