Haha that looks like every xc course I've ever done McGoohan

Lots of parkrun courses need retractable spikes becuase they get muddy but have some tarmac sections 😂

I was also trying to work out the position of the Centre Vale photo as well. Really enjoyed that one even though it was a warm one. Good cafe across the road I seem to recall.
