I’m trying to vary the sorts of snacks I have. Trying out some healthier options. Today, a small portion of cashew nuts. 30g was a surprisingly filling snack which is good cos they are quite calorific.

Other people think an idea I had is a good one, and Fetch has implemented it already.

what's that Dio?
Been for my recovery run to HR and only walked 3 times for less that 1min in total! I've tried HR running on and off over the years and this is the best I have got in terms of not having to walk. Progress!

My definition of a fell is lots of grass, trails, few trees, no roads, no cars, minimal people - heaven really! And undulating not the best pic but this is Ellie on her walk at our local 'fells'

Does fell running go completely off road. I’ve always been slightly puzzled by fell running v off road/trail running. How do they differ?

I did a lunchtime run. Not newt as such but I’ve been in a bad place the last few weeks so overcoming the demons trying to convince me I didn’t want to run, whilst I was tying my shoes, feels like an achievement. This seems the best place to share it.

Not sure HP I think the true fells are maybe slightly different to what I have locally - I would say likes of lake district is fells and needs navigational skills.
My locks fells is more off road trails but the area is called Waldridge Fell
