Going to try not to do the sets too late today... I really struggled yesterday... But already done a day's pruning... So arms and shoulder sore...

Day 5 done via an hour of pilates at lunchtime which included enough ab work, plank variations and other methods of torture that I think all the boxes are ticked for today! The only thing worse than a side plank is being asked to swing your top leg forward and back whilst in side plank...
