I found a free phone app that’s just called “interval timer” and does similar chunky. I’ve been using for abs and circuits timing.

So jumping across from the podcast thread again:

new wire skipping rope arrived today and I've just done day 1 of that Darebee 300 day skipping plan that Silvershadow shared.

3 x 1 min on/1 min off.

I think I'm going to be repeating day 1 a few more times until I get the coordination down to do them unbroken. I'm not sure how my fitness deals with it because the most I managed without getting tangled was about 30 seconds!

I am, I fear, very much a work in progress!

Ultracat: I don't know if I'm honest. I think the main issue is that I'm not very good or very practiced at skipping.
