Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The most important bits are don't jum too high, it's all in the timing, initially, until you do doubles, it is a calf/ankle thing. I might have a go myself....

Thanks for the link. Need to practise the alternate legs jumps. Not too bad with bouncing on both, tried and failed on crossing arms.

It is - Xtraining - Skipping

You might have to add it as an option when manually adding training though

I have a wire rope and it can give a bloody sore sting to the arm when you get in a tangle.
Will have a look at the link thanks

there's a Garmin CIQ app called Plyometrics (or something like that). It's free for 5 mins recording (good for the intervals I described before) which is good for timing intervals and rests.
