I'm presuming that you're working from home gg. Ugh to that. In the good old days if you couldn't get to work then tasks were delegated out. Now that's the place to run! Lucky you Dubai R. Minus 1c and icy again this morning but glorious sunshine with a Dubai looking sky,🤣. Good fartlek session there hs despite the cold . I'm just over 10k under par having run into work today and yesterday. Should be able to get about 8k in tomorrow so maaaaybe caught up by the weekend.

27 degrees again today Steve. This is the track that 7 marathons 7 continents 7 days use, know a guy that did it in 2020 just before Covid and went down to support him. What temperature was the water Peter? |

I’m off work for 8 weeks according to doctor but I’m struggling with this as I ‘could’ work from the sofa. I am staying off bar odd phone call, in a few weeks I’ll do some admin work incognito. But I’m on crutches minimal weight bear for 8 weeks. It was better when you went to an office as off was then off. I’m entertaining myself sketching reading and watching some TV and running vicariously through all of you. That photo makes me feel jealous DR! Fantastic sea swim Peter, brave chap! Well done on the running everyone and thanks for the good wishes. |

That's a lovely sketch of your friends dog GG, you are very talented. This morning was a solo 6.23 miles on a hilly road course. It was bright and sunny 🌞 but still very cold 🥶 |
