I’m feeling sorry for myself. I was sick through the night and have no energy today. Haven’t got out of bed. Can’t even read or watch TV as my head hurts. Blergh.

That's quite intensive training by Caroline, looks very well planned though.

Nips in - thanks for that geordiegirl! I am a convert - and hoping to complete 5-6 sessions every ten days. At 71 years old that's enough for me. Am only using pairs of 4.5kg to 10kg DBs too.

No way 17.5kgs at my advanced age!
