I was hoping for an easy week In the spirit of getting one's excuses in early, I did a very long run on Sunday and am doing a half marathon race this Sunday, so this is mostly a rest week. I'll try to do a bit though to keep the match alive.

A week in Toronto brings the opportunity for a Gridmaster attempt. My first Gridmaster was achieved in Melbourne, a city laid out in quite a similar way to Toronto. Here’s my progress to date …
