Good Evening! 9 hilly miles run this afternoon.
Your dogs are amazing, DocM - as Pikelet says, I couldn't do that with choc buttons, they'd be eaten before you could get the camera sorted.
Lots of very heated discussion going on around here at present about the local league road races, and how they can cope with the unbelievable increase in keen runners we've seen over the last couple of years. Brilliant that there are so many people taking up running but so many of them now want to race, so how should be places be rationed out? No idea what the answer is - there have been lots of suggestions, most of which have drawbacks or won't really work for one reason or another. Glad I'm not fielding the flak on this!
