Sounds like it's a bit chilly down south - we're basking in sub-tropical (well nearly ) temperatures up here. I was out for a run in shorts and tee-shirt last night as it was about 10 degrees and almost no wind, very pleasant

Mild in the East Mids also. Glad you're OK, DocM and happy to hear you're doing a bit of running, Jono.
10k done this morning. Ran with the club last night, with a couple of new people - shame for them, that they get lumbered with the club nutter for their first run with us!
Got some hake for Posh Fish Wednesday tea - now need to go look at some recipes for Things to Do with Hake.

Glad to hear it Doc.
Managed to squeeze a 4-mile lunch run in - a wee bit chilly and a bit of a breeze, perfect running conditions really. Think maybe I should do lunch runs more often, as being on a tight schedule seemed to focus my mind and I ran a bit quicker!
Don't think I've ever had hake outside of a restaurant JK - certainly don't think I'd know what to do with it!

A chilly 8 today, was not feeling too great, so spicy chicken wings and a beer followed by a rest day is in order!
