Just tried a little while ago to walk up from where we're supporting (just round the corner from Tower Gateway station) to Fetchpoint, but was thwarted as I couldn't get through. Have just seen Steve Way go past on the opposite side of the road though, just before 13 miles.

Last long run done before MK - run was really good, but feet are sore... laces problem didn't reoccur.. but other foot is sore :(. @Huntsman - the laces are elastic so not too tight but I did adjust them anyway... think it's just my feet... anyway an easy week coming up Hope everyone had a good marathon - London, Southampton, Madrid...

3:25:27 at Southampton. Hilly course and hot for the 2nd half so faded from a 1:39:xx first half to a very painful last 5 miles.
