We got to Morrisons for 8am and it wasn't tooo bad, no worse than a Saturday mid-morning. By the time we left it was full. We just have sprouts to source (they didn't look very healthy in Morrisons) and parsnips to dig up from the garden - hoping they are edible and not full of grubs 🤞

I'm in the car now, so hopefully will be fine from here on, although have already had to take a lengthy detour for a toilet stop. Strategies mostly consist of distraction (silly computer games) and exercise. I settled for a shower and present wrapping this morning.

Haven't actually done anything Christmas related yet... am not a Bah Humbug person but have no rellies to concern myself with and the 25th usually just creeps up on me. Hmm - ok I've thought of two things. Raffo, my partner persuaded me to stick a bottle of Cava in the Morrison's shop. Haven't decided if we're eating anything special or different from usual this year. Oh well, I've got tomorrow to think of something or decide it's not worth the fuss. AND I gave my coach a Christmas card cos I knew she'd have one for me. Do I need to get my skates on? Skates are quite festive.
