Fragile Do Not Bend
Well, I got out for my run before sunrise (not much before as I pressed snooze too many times :) ) and was rewarded with a gorgeous sky.

Done. Had to do it in 2 sections as the dog decided he was going no further so had to bring him home.

Done. Limiting myself to what is required and no further is really good for me mentally as I'm not tempted to stop to walk. OK I'm running very slowly, but I have really struggled since the first lockdown not to turn every run into a walk!

I've done the first 4k in the fog before breakfast. The sky is blue now so I'm going to do the last couple to tick off day 6 :)

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.
