I must step away from the kitchen! I’ve made Rocky Road today for the first time. The Co op had 25% off a 380g bar of Dairy Milk. I used that and ginger nuts instead of Digestives. It’s very sweet so has been cut into small pieces.

I tend to make Tiffin rather than Rocky Road as veggie marshmallows are expensive but I do treat us sometimes.

Do you go for chewy or crunchy flapjack panad?

Haven't made chocolate fudge cake for ages - thought OH might request it for his birthday but it seems I've converted him to everything salted caramel.

More cakes than biscuits for me LG but that may be at least in part to needing to eat gf.
