It was a ‘taster session’ and included wet suit and tow float hire. I really enjoyed it, although there was a fair amount of floating around hugging my tow float as well as swimming. I’ve joined NOWCA and looking forward to my next session.

I also recommend their walking trousers and shorts. Best fitting I’ve found for me, but your mileage may vary
