(in serious terms, Dvorers, while being active generally is good for the immune system, being continually on the edge of exhaustion must be suboptimal.
I dealt with post viral/chronic fatigue after a bout of glandular fever as a crazily active kid, so I know how much a viral infection can fuck one up.
Anyone who doesn't take C19 seriously is a total cretin)

Prior to becoming a Leisure Centre- my gym, right next to where I do sprint hills on Falaise Road here in Hastings, - was the venue for The Hastings International Chess Congress. The world's top players invariably attended.

I always, always thought it was ‘Oriental City’. ‘Setting’ is obvious once you know. Isn’t there a ‘not much between despair and ecstasy’ line or did I mishear that too?
