5K last night just before it got dark. (earlier than I thought it would). Happy to get out as would have been easy not to.

Great running people! I did a short little run with my son. Lovely weather, and some more energy in my legs today, but still a bit under the weather for sure. Iβm in no hurry though. I have 4 weeks to my marathon and the rest might do me well! |

Nice running everyone Always nice to hear of kids getting involved Todays run was a 30 min tempo run (with warm up and warm down either side). Had recalculated my paces after Sundays race so was aiming 6:48 to 7:19 min/mile. Average pace for tempo part of run was 7:12 and legs felt good after Sundays race |

Nice one riggys99, i'm going to look at my zones again after a few months at certain levels. But ill think ill wait until after my next lab test (it was two for one deal :)) not that i think it changed, more that i will focus differently perhaps. No, of course he didn't swittle ![]() ![]() |

Ill check it out, thanks. This is how i changed it since a few months. Big difference in how much i use to be in no man's land. And alot more slow and easy, and better high intensity. And the settings that i have now. |

Looks good Bowman but have you checked your HR levels for z1 and z2 as they are the same as your resting HR
