Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great running people!
I did a short little run with my son. Lovely weather, and some more energy in my legs today, but still a bit under the weather for sure.
I’m in no hurry though. I have 4 weeks to my marathon and the rest might do me well!

Nice running everyone

Always nice to hear of kids getting involved

Todays run was a 30 min tempo run (with warm up and warm down either side). Had recalculated my paces after Sundays race so was aiming 6:48 to 7:19 min/mile. Average pace for tempo part of run was 7:12 and legs felt good after Sundays race

Nice one riggys99, i'm going to look at my zones again after a few months at certain levels.
But ill think ill wait until after my next lab test (it was two for one deal :)) not that i think it changed, more that i will focus differently perhaps.

No, of course he didn't swittle :) And he had some DOMS since the race, very cute :)

Ill check it out, thanks.
This is how i changed it since a few months. Big difference in how much i use to be in no man's land. And alot more slow and easy, and better high intensity.

And the settings that i have now.

Looks good Bowman but have you checked your HR levels for z1 and z2 as they are the same as your resting HR
