Well done and riggys99 ![]() I did just over 5 miles with eL Bee!, less sluggish than I'd expected considering I had a lot of time on feet yesterday and had been out on my bike earlier this afternoon. |

Wow, folks! Some nice positivity on here. I had a nice 8 mile long run, just about on the pleasant side of challenging. Longest run in quite a while and could well be the start of good things to comeπ |

Longest run in six weeks, took a disciplined approach and held back to keep hr down which meant some short walk breaks uphills. Feeling like it hasnβt taken much out of me and has made me optimistic for Chester Marathon π

Encouraged by the autumnal weather 15 miles on quiet undulating country roads. Felt so easy in the cooler conditions even though a bit breezy at times.

More good running from people today always nice to read about πππ Well put, riggys99 ![]() Welcome to Wezza ![]() Those record breaking temperatures seem distant now. Cool, intermittent rain and a light NW breeze in Crosby tonight. Gave up on the glasses: rain outside, condensation inside! Thorough tour of the coastal area and some longish beach sections. 64 min. |

Jono.
Brits will now adopt their national dress of shorts, socks, sliders and a padded North Face jacket that would kit you out for an assault on Everest.

A nice recovery run around 5 miles with some nice running on the beach. Bumped into one of yesterdays race organisers so thanked him for a great race and said I would be back next year. A few aches but nothing I wasnβt expecting the day after a half marathon. Legs felt better at the end of the run than the start which was what I was wanting
