A second memo to NHS clinical leads on 16 October said: โThank you for your patience and support yesterday. The IT issues from yesterday is unfortunately still NOT resolved and is being worked upon at the highest levelโ.
When I had IT issues to resolve the worst possible thing was for 'the highest level' to get involved.
Nothing changes. But I would expect someone to know whether there were multiple issues as in the subject of the sentence, or just a singular issue as in the verb.
