I wasn't receiving frantic texts and 'phone calls from my own teen whilst trying to deal with a distressed parent. My teen wasn't crying and hyperventilating down the 'phone when I finally called him back. I can absolutely concentrate on work right now and don't need to lie down in a darkened room.
