And please learn to pronounce English correctly without adding in extra syllables, then I might actually be able to understand you and answer your questions. (Turns out she wanted to know if there was space for the engineer to park. But I'm still not clear if he wants to take the TV outside to repair or not. Seriously frustrated by that call)

The date of his appointment was Feb 14th (about a 10 week wait.) He assured me that the optician had said it wasn't that urgent, but still, I was concerned about the waiting time. On Feb 13th he got a call to say his appointment was cancelled because 'there were no doctors available.' Today he got a letter with the date for the rearranged appointment.] The new date is not 24th April. I am not thinking we need to go private for this.
