Dear BBC,
You report today that in the 1990s the typical family bought 3g of liver each week. Why don't you encourage your journalists to give this "fact" a sanity check by going to a butcher to buy 3g of liver snd feeding their families off it?
Furthermore you say that consumption of uncooked chicken has increased. If tgat *is* true, should you not have included a health warning?
Yours disrespectfully, Chris

Now that my laptop's USB ports are definitely broken, it has been easy to install Garmin software on my wife's laptop. There is not a Windows fault with thousands of pages of possible solutions in Google making Garmin think it isn't connected to the internet.

I can do 100 situps at xfit without any ill-effects. I don't have effectively roadrash on my arse and it was no problem in the pool last night.
I can also have a grand total of 2 whiskies on a schoolnight and get up as usual without any trouble. I'm not nursing a cuppa at 930am in my pjs wondering if I can manage some toast.
And it's finally stopped fucking snowing.
