[I have such strong glasses that they make my eyes look like tiny little marbles and as if I have big dents in the size of my head. They'd probably work quite well as aversion therapy if CB felt the need]

I'm sorry, I've had enough of you. I know you're miserable, and I'm sorry for that, too, but I can't cure that. You need some help, pills or therapy or both; I don't know. But you still live in this illusion that the problem is where you live: you've moved house 3 times in the last 18 months and each time you feel like you're living in Basra or similar. Maybe the problem is you, not where you live? After all, everyone else was perfectly happy living where it was 'like a living hell'.
I don't know what else to do. You need help, and I'm sympathetic to that - I know what depression is like, look, see my self-harm scars - but there's only so much I can do. You already sent Alex to A+E - yeah, it was no coincidence his first overdose was when you let rip on him for something phenomenally trivial - and I've been there before and I can't go back.

I didn't reply to your email because it's not my problem and if I do reply then you'll all assume that I'm part of the solution to the amazing mess that you created. Don't suppose you've noticed but I'll snowed under here. I'm just going to get on with my huge workload and see if you can actually solve the fuckup yourself because I don't see why I should!
