About the only recognisable thing from when I lived there are the wooden cupboards that my mum spent about a million hours stripping with Nitromors. I've never seen the yard (we had a back yard that was flagstones, perfect for hopscotch) looking green, mum used to swish it with Dettol every week and give it a brush. It was an old coachman's cottage and the stables that were behind it got converted into mews flats in the early 90s.
