jda Apr 2021 7:27pm, 11 Apr 2021 9,859 posts	0 jda The white foam on my 2018-era orange VF is a bit scuffed on the underside of the sole but the harder black patches are basically pristine, all original markings clearly visible. I'm obviously kinder on my shoes than some despite being over 80kg! I don't do huge mileage in them, but they've been just about my only race shoe over that period.

anthonyj89 Apr 2021 3:39pm, 13 Apr 2021 366 posts	0 anthonyj89 Nah, I'm actually very light on shoes, but these have done all my sessions since late 2018 and have 1000+. I now get minimal response from the foam, but that makes the difference on race day when I put on my fresh pair!
