No running for a few days, yesterday was rest day, today I'm knackered after an afternoon facing the christmas shoppers in Central London - plus this cold thing is still threatening to get me!!! Out tomorrow night too, so prob no run tomorrow either....but still have enough time to get my 20 miles i'm sure

I have gone and got myself an injury, but still going to try and do it. I have 32 miles to go, so am behind target. Totally gutted. Do fast walking miles count
