780.18m for the year ! so 19.82 to go!! longest week this week for 6wks at a massive 12m! oh long gone the 20+m weeks and 100+m months!

Same here pix, this will be my longest week since Abingdon which is 8 weeks!
However a few weeks ago I had the quickest week in terms of average pace 8.48 cooooooool!!!

Wow - lots of people getting very close to target now!
I have done precisely nothing this last week (or last come to think of it) as have been exhausted, stressed and ill. But I may attempt a plodlet on Sunday - nothing too strenuous though!

I'm sort of OK Jen. Just really really exhausted and under the weather and generally miserable at the moment. But have had a much better day today so am starting to smile again.
Hopefully will get a run in this weekend - in amongst the rain and gales that are promised;-)
