NW6 5RP London. Prob about £116 and they dont include breakfast (cockney conmen) whcih costs about £18 (BYO porridge!)

Morning folks. Hope all the runners this weekend are feeling nice and relaxed. Picked up my number last night and been for a wee jog this morning 2 miles in 16 mins all feeling good. Bluestart no. 4255, bound to run into some of you :)

Sorry so slow to catch up in here - well done to NaomiP an JonT!

Rubbish news BVR but good to know an not make things worse.

Last three miles done thru Fetchpoint area an back. Sitting with my feet up now. Probably should do more of that stretching thing NP mentioned :-o

Just made me chuckle when I looked at McMillan running calculator!

Without much effort I'm consistently running 5k in 21:30 and that suggests a marathon time of 3:29:36.

I suppose due to not being properly trained or tapered for a marathon something in the region of 3:40 (preferably 3:39:50) shouldn't be totally unattainable.
