My plan is a mixture of plans! Hoping to just do the basic 3 quality training runs a week - 2 of which speedwork and the other long run. At least four 20 milers, and at least 40 mpw.

Right. Marathon next weekend and I would love for a sub 3:30. but, will be happy with anything close. Hoping for a nice last 6miles with enough energy to build up the pace for a strong finish (...crazy I know).
Anyway. Im looking forward to it.
